Here at Gellraiser we have 100% transparency when it comes to our services, we want you to feel comfortable and have all the knowledge you need about your Tooth gem journey! which is why we have created this FAQ page for all of your Tooth gem needs

How Does it Work?

The process is the same as braces, we clean the tooth, protect the enamel, and then using adhesive, we apply the crystal of your choice

How long do they last?

Tooth Gems can last between a couple of months to years! We use top quality dental grade products to ensure longevity, as long as you follow correct after-care and ensure you maintain good dental hygeine you can keep your gem for years

What products do you use?

At Gellraiser we want to make sure you only have the best quality embellishments out there! we only use genuine lead-free crystals and dental gold

Is it reversible? 
Gellraiser Tooth gems are completely reversible with no damage at all. Simply go to your local dentist or hygienist for safe damage free removal. Just ask for a scale and polish, this painless treatment will clean your tooth and leave it completely how it was before your Tooth gem!

Tooth gem after-care

Following these aftercare instructions will help to ensure your Tooth gem will stay in place and be long lasting.

  1. Do not pick at or play with your new tooth gem!

  2. Do not eat or drink anything other than water for the first 2 hours.

  3. The curing process for the adhesive bond can take up to 48-72 hours.

  4. Avoid hard foods for the first 12 hours.

  5. Alcohol is to be avoided for the first 12 hours.

  6. Smoking is allowed, but it is best to remain hydrated.

  7. While the bond is curing, it is best to keep your pH level at a less acidic state in order for the gem and adhesive to remain bonded.

  8. Do not brush directly over the gem for the first 12 hours.

  9. Do not use an electric toothbrush for the first 48 hours.

  10. You can resume proper dental hygiene after the 48 hour time period.

  11. Always brush gently over the tooth gem to avoid any damage or risk of removing the tooth gem.
